In corporate America, I’ve helped over 20K people; a mix of women, some of whom were frustrated, and had no clue regarding their next step.

These women wanted more and wanted to pivot to their purpose.

Many of these individuals pivoted from military careers to civilian careers. Some were looking to move in to or out of corporate America. I assisted them in achieving higher-paying jobs and career satisfaction.

Are you in a career or place where you feel stuck, purposeless, and want more? Get ready to pivot to a new place in your career or your life. Get ready to build your confidence, scale your income, and increase your sense of worth during your pivot.

ABOUT LENORA LASSITER

I believe in bringing everything to the “proverbial table” to shape and equip those navigating through life’s many transitions to pivot to their purpose.

I am a North Carolina-bred “Pivot Coach” and I have a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Fayetteville State University and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

I am a Professional Speaker, Author, Certified Life Coach, Certified Anger Management Specialist, Certified Professional Resume Writer, Career Coach, and Licensed Minister.

I have earned a creditable moniker and reputation, laying the foundation for being one of Cumberland County’s most sought-after speakers and professional services providers.

My charge for women is that “You were born for a purpose and that purpose is to pour into the lives of others,” which is evident in my impact in helping women to PIVOT.

As a former Contractor Installation Manager and Senior Career Development Counselor, I developed a keen discipline for branding, leadership, career readiness, and career development. My expertise has led to the creation of partnerships and developmental programs with educational institutions, generating career opportunity pipelines for 20K+ Military families and personnel. Likewise, while gaining insight into government, civic, public, and private infrastructures, I obtained favorable outcomes in the realms of project management, organizational leadership, marketing, and logistics operations. I also have experience in workplace discrimination, micro aggressions, and can attest to the challenges of navigating the corporate ladder as a Black woman.

I have gained keen insight and experience on the importance of being strong in your skin in corporate America and the importance of career advancement and professional development to ensure employee retention.
